failure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u6307\u5357\u63a2\u8a0e\u4e86\u5c0d\u5de5\u696d\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u5176\u5be6\u65bd\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8003\u616e\u56e0\u7d20\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u6846\u67b6\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-part-1-the-non-negotiable-demands-on-modern-industrial-controls\">\u7b2c 1 \u90e8\u5206\uff1a\u5c0d\u73fe\u4ee3\u5de5\u696d\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u7121\u53ef\u5546\u91cf\u8981\u6c42<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5de5\u696d\u74b0\u5883\u662f\u7121\u60c5\u7684\u3002\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e0d\u50c5\u8981\u6b63\u5e38\u904b\u4f5c\uff0c\u9084\u8981\u5728\u4e0b\u5217\u58d3\u529b\u4e0b\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u8272\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u9ad8\u901f\u63a7\u5236\u8ff4\u5708\uff1a<\/strong>&nbsp;\u6a5f\u5668\u4eba\u3001\u904b\u52d5\u63a7\u5236\u548c CNC PLC\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u50b7\u5bb3\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u88fd\u7a0b\u5b89\u5168\uff1a<\/strong>&nbsp;\u5728 IEC 61511 \u7b49\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u53ef\u80fd\u640d\u58de\u8a2d\u5099\u6216\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u707d\u96e3\u6027\u6545\u969c\uff08\u8d85\u58d3\u3001\u8d85\u6eab\uff09\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5b89\u5168\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u7b49\u7d1a (SIL)\uff1a<\/strong>&nbsp;\u7cfb\u7d71\u7d93\u904e\u7279\u5b9a SIL \u7b49\u7d1a (1-4) \u7684\u8a8d\u8b49\uff0c\u5b9a\u7fa9\u4e86\u5b89\u5168\u529f\u80fd\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6545\u969c\u6982\u7387\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-connectivity-amp-interoperability-industry-4-0\">5.\u9023\u63a5\u6027\u8207\u4e92\u64cd\u4f5c\u6027 (\u5de5\u696d 4.0)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul
