Ce guide d\u00e9mystifie les concepts fondamentaux, les normes cl\u00e9s et l'importance pratique de la conformit\u00e9 CEM pour les alimentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-emc-matters-for-power-supplies\"><strong>Pourquoi la CEM est-elle importante pour les blocs d'alimentation ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les alimentations \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage (SMPS) sont intrins\u00e8quement bruyantes. Leurs transistors et redresseurs \u00e0 commutation \u00e0 grande vitesse g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des transitions de tension et de courant brutales, qui sont des sources prolifiques de bruit.&nbsp;<strong>les interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (EMI)<\/strong>. En l'absence d'une conception ad\u00e9quate, ce bruit peut :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rayonner<\/strong>\u00a0dans l'air ou\u00a0<strong>conduite<\/strong>\u00a0sur le secteur, perturbant ainsi les radios, les capteurs sensibles ou les r\u00e9seaux de communication \u00e0 proximit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provoquer des dysfonctionnements dans l'\u00e9quipement h\u00f4te qu'il alimente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Inversement, une alimentation doit \u00e9galement r\u00e9sister aux interf\u00e9rences provenant de sources externes afin de garantir une sortie stable. Les normes CEM traitent des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de cette \u00e9quation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-two-pillars-of-emc\"><strong>Les deux piliers de l'EMC<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les essais CEM se divisent en deux cat\u00e9gories fondamentales :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. \u00c9missions : Limiter le bruit<\/strong><br>Cela permet de s'assurer que l'alimentation n'\u00e9met pas de bruit \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique excessif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9missions conduites :<\/strong>\u00a0Mesure le bruit \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence (typiquement 150 kHz \u00e0 30 MHz) qui revient sur les lignes d'alimentation d'entr\u00e9e en courant alternatif. Il s'agit du point de d\u00e9faillance le plus courant pour les nouvelles conceptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9missions rayonn\u00e9es :<\/strong>\u00a0Mesure le bruit (typiquement de 30 MHz \u00e0 1 GHz ou plus) qui est transmis dans l'air sous forme d'ondes radio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Immunit\u00e9 (ou susceptibilit\u00e9) : R\u00e9sistance aux bruits ext\u00e9rieurs<\/strong><br>Ce test permet de v\u00e9rifier la capacit\u00e9 de l'alimentation \u00e0 fonctionner correctement en pr\u00e9sence d'interf\u00e9rences externes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Les tests cl\u00e9s comprennent :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>D\u00e9charge \u00e9lectrostatique (ESD) :<\/strong>\u00a0Simule le contact d'un utilisateur avec l'\u00e9quipement ou des d\u00e9charges statiques internes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transitoires \u00e9lectriques rapides (EFT\/Burst) :<\/strong>\u00a0Simule le bruit des interrupteurs, des relais ou des charges inductives qui se d\u00e9connectent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Surtension :<\/strong>\u00a0Simule les transitoires \u00e0 haute \u00e9nergie dus \u00e0 la foudre ou \u00e0 des changements de charge importants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Immunit\u00e9 RF rayonn\u00e9e et conduite :<\/strong>\u00a0Test de fonctionnement en pr\u00e9sence de champs de radiofr\u00e9quences intenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-key-global-emc-standards-for-power-supplies\"><strong>Principales normes CEM mondiales pour les blocs d'alimentation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les normes sont d\u00e9finies par des organismes internationaux et appliqu\u00e9es par les autorit\u00e9s r\u00e9gionales. Les familles les plus importantes sont<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A. Normes internationales (CEI) - Les fondements<\/strong><br>Les&nbsp;<strong>Commission \u00e9lectrotechnique internationale (CEI)<\/strong>&nbsp;fixe les normes techniques de base. Pour les alimentations \u00e9lectriques des \u00e9quipements informatiques et g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, la norme g\u00e9n\u00e9rale est la suivante :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>IEC 62368-1 :<\/strong>\u00a0Norme de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 bas\u00e9e sur les risques pour les \u00e9quipements audio\/vid\u00e9o et les technologies de l'information et de la communication. Elle incorpore les exigences CEM par r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La famille CISPR :<\/strong>\u00a0C'est le c\u0153ur des normes d'\u00e9missions au sein de la CEI.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CISPR 32 :<\/strong>\u00a0Sp\u00e9cifiquement pour\u00a0<strong>\u00e9missions des \u00e9quipements multim\u00e9dias<\/strong>. Il s'agit de la principale norme d'\u00e9mission pour la plupart des blocs d'alimentation AC-DC commerciaux, qu'il s'agisse d'unit\u00e9s autonomes ou de composants d'\u00e9quipements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CISPR 35 :<\/strong>\u00a0D\u00e9finit le\u00a0<strong>exigences en mati\u00e8re d'immunit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0pour les \u00e9quipements multim\u00e9dias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B. R\u00e9glementations r\u00e9gionales - La loi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Union europ\u00e9enne (UE) :<\/strong>\u00a0Les\u00a0<strong>Directive CEM (2014\/30\/EU)<\/strong>\u00a0impose le marquage CE. La conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 des normes harmonis\u00e9es telles que\u00a0<strong>EN 55032<\/strong>\u00a0(identique \u00e0 CISPR 32) et\u00a0<strong>EN 55035<\/strong>\u00a0(identique \u00e0 CISPR 35) fournit une pr\u00e9somption de conformit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9tats-Unis :<\/strong>\u00a0Les\u00a0<strong>Commission f\u00e9d\u00e9rale des communications (FCC)<\/strong>\u00a0r\u00e9glemente les \u00e9missions dans le cadre de la\u00a0<strong>Titre 47 CFR Part 15, Subpart B<\/strong>. Pour les blocs d'alimentation, les limites applicables sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement celles des \u201cradiateurs non intentionnels\u201d (classe A pour l'industrie, classe B pour les habitations).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Autres r\u00e9gions :<\/strong>\u00a0Des r\u00e9glementations similaires existent dans le monde entier (par exemple, KC en Cor\u00e9e, RCM en Australie, VCCI au Japon), souvent bas\u00e9es sur les normes IEC\/CISPR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-power-supply-design-achieves-emc-compliance\"><strong>Comment la conception de l'alimentation \u00e9lectrique permet d'atteindre la conformit\u00e9 CEM<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le respect de ces normes exige une conception d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e d\u00e8s le premier sch\u00e9ma :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Filtrage (pour les \u00e9missions) :<\/strong>\u00a0Un\u00a0<strong>Filtre EMI<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 l'entr\u00e9e AC, compos\u00e9e de condensateurs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 X et Y et d'une self de mode commun, est essentielle pour supprimer le bruit conduit. Il est \u00e9galement important de disposer d'un circuit imprim\u00e9 ad\u00e9quat avec de petites boucles haute fr\u00e9quence et un d\u00e9couplage local.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Blindage et disposition (pour les \u00e9missions rayonn\u00e9es) :<\/strong>\u00a0L'utilisation d'un bo\u00eetier ou d'une bo\u00eete m\u00e9tallique, l'assurance d'un bon contact \u00e9lectrique (coutures, joints) et l'emplacement strat\u00e9gique des transformateurs et des dissipateurs de chaleur contribuent \u00e0 limiter le bruit rayonn\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Circuits de protection (pour l'immunit\u00e9) :<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Suppression des tensions transitoires (TVS)<\/strong>\u00a0diodes et\u00a0<strong>varistances \u00e0 oxyde m\u00e9tallique (MOV)<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 l'entr\u00e9e pour \u00e9viter les surtensions et les transitoires. Des billes de ferrite et un filtrage solide prot\u00e8gent contre les radiofr\u00e9quences conduites.
